Cordyline australis "Atropupurea"

The slowly developing trunk is crowned with a dense mass of strap-shaped, purple coloured leaves. It is hardy in most winters and grows well by the coast. Grows in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Sprays of white flowers followed by black fruits.
