Terms & Conditions

  1. The prices shown in the catalogue are inclusive of V.A.T. at the appropriate rate where applicable.
  2. The prices shown in the catalogue were valid at the time of publishing. However, we reserve the right to increase them through circumstances beyond our control.
  3. The prices in the catalogue do not include a charge for delivery or packing and carriage.
  4. We accept orders by post, telephone, facsimile or E-mail. We may ask for a deposit or advance payment before proceeding with your order.
  5. Payment for invoices must be received within 28 days from the date of the invoice.
  6. Payment may be made by cheque or debit card. Private customers only may also pay by credit card.
  7. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts and we will use the small claims court procedure to recover unpaid accounts.
  8. All goods remain the property of The Romantic Garden Nursery until paid for in full.
  9. All items leave the nursery in good condition and with sufficient packaging to assist safe transit. Goods must be checked for damage before the carriers’ delivery note is signed as neither ourselves or the carrier will accept any liability for damage unless notified to the carrier at the time of delivery. Rights to compensation for damage will be forfeited if goods are signed for as ‘unchecked’.
  10. Customers become liable for all charges relating to carriage once their order has left the nursery. This will include any charges imposed by the carrier for returning goods to us.
  11. We are able to supply plants to countries within the E.U. Orders should be notified in writing without payment. We will first acknowledge your order, advising the likely cost of carriage and then, on confirmation that the order can proceed, we will send a pro-forma invoice prior to dispatch of the plants.
