WE ARE ABLE TO SEND GOODS TO ANY DESTINATION WITHIN THE UK

Some lightweight items such as frames and small plants for which the carriage will not exceed £25.00 are generally forward by Post Office services.

For larger plants and where only one or two plants are required or they will fit into a pallet, we use a national carrier service. The plants leave here on a Monday or Tuesday and will be with you Thursday or Friday of the same week. Where possible somebody needs to be at home to receive the plants and sign the carrier’s delivery note.

Costs for the carrier service will depend on the total weight of the plants and the location in the UK.

As these costs are affected by fuel prices and other factors and often change, it is better that we quote you the current price for delivery when confirming an order rather than leaving out of date details on the website, so please ask for details.

For larger orders and those involving heavy or bulky items we prefer to use an excellent local courier or our own transport. With these deliveries the plants are loaded here at the nursery and delivered direct to the customer.

As the delivery charge will related to the distance and time spent rather than the weight, and as the cost of fuel and related costs are changing all the time, it is better that we quote you a special price at the time of ordering rather than leaving misleading out of date costs on the website, so please ask for details.

IMPORTANT ADDITONAL INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERIES.

Some plants may arrive protected with netting and cling film for safe transit, this should be cut and removed as soon as possible as the cling film can cause damage if left in the sun.

All plants leave the nursery in good condition and with sufficient packaging to assist safe transit.

Goods must be checked for any damage and noted on the carriers delivery note before it is signed, as neither the carrier or ourselves will accept liability unless it is noted at time of delivery. Rights to compensation will be forfeited if goods are singed as "unchecked".

Once an order has left the nursery the customer becomes liable for all charges relating to the delivery.
