Acca sellowiana (Pineapple guava)

Also know as Feijoa sellowiana. 
Evergreen tree or shrub is suited to light well-drained soil, and likes a sunny sheltered position. The leaves are grey-green with white undersides. Distinctive, pink-crimson and white mid-summer flowers are edible. The egg-shaped fruit are also edible.
